Since 2018, CFS has supported WELL Gold certification at an innovative, urban headquarters by promoting employee wellness through amenities like fresh fruit, specialty beverages, and exercise bikes. CFS also manages the building’s custom water and air filtration systems, including a 15,000-gallon cistern that captures and treats rainwater for reuse. To maintain system integrity, recent carbon filter upgrades were made to reduce bacterial risks, with plans to revisit filtration methods ahead of WELL recertification in 2026.
